Redmires – Ocean View
Today’s run was at Redmires. Thanks to Glen B, Graham & Michael G for leading the groups.
The O11s group went for a run to the Headstone & Haunted House. The U11s group played games around the old trenches.
Assistant Coaching course
FRA Coaching Coordinator (our very own) Nicky Spinks tells us there is a complimentary Assistant Coaching course at Langsett Barn on 26th/27th March. Its a good and useful qualification if you are minded to help out with leading groups.
You need an English Athletic membership number to access in the info – We can help out there.
End of term
Sunday 27th March would normally be a Juniors run, but its also the same day as the Edale Skyline. Because the skyline is a case of All Hands to the Pumps there will not be a formal Juniors run. The skyline has loads of great spots for viewing & cheering, so I suggest everyone heads out on the course to shout encouragement to the runners & maybe lend a hand with sweets and drinks.
