20/05/2025: UPDATED SENIOR START TIME: RACE START IS NOW AT 1 PM
The races are run under FRA licence. The routes are relatively straightforward, however contain sections of challenging rocky terrain, tricky stream crossings and steep descents. There is significant height gain between the race start in Edale and Kinder Edge. Runners must be confident of their ability to navigate and complete the route safely. Please read FRA’s “requirements for runners” found on the FRA website (https://www.fellrunner.org.uk/articles/documents).
The race coincides with Edale Country Day https://www.edalecountryday.org.uk/
