To start the day of the 50th Anniversary Dinner in the right way, we need a race, apparently. So this is it – special one off 50th anniversary dinner race.
Having missed the cut for the 50 Dark Peak Landmarks, the Wheel Stones and Glory Stones now take centre stage in their own dedicated race (also featuring landmark #43). Plentiful parking at Cutthroat Bridge car park (SK 217 874). Please sign in (sheet at the finish) on your way to the start. Start on footpath on the north side of the Bridge, adjacent to the wooden pylon. Route as shown/described on the map. There are path options between most checkpoints for those that prefer them, but more adventurous (straight) lines will usually be rewarded. Note that you must not cross over the A57 and should instead use the mandatory race route UNDER Cutthroat Bridge.
