Most runners tend to do the same type of training with steady paced runs and harder races whist neglecting technique, flexibility and structured higher intensity sessions.

Coaching sessions are your chance to add some “quality” to your training. A good session typically involves warm ups and stretching, strength exercises, drills to improve technique and then a hard 30 minute training session: either fartlek, speed intervals or hill repetitions. 

There are currently no coaching sessions planned but plans are afoot to revive them. Please check back here for more details.
