Meanwhile, back at Bolsterstone, it was a tale of two Yateses - a first victory of the series for Alec, near as dammit mirrored at the other end of the field by young George’s self-pronounced ‘shite’. It really was shite, George, as you came in fully 22 seconds behind the R.O. Not much movement in the league standings this week, albeit Paul W has moved within striking distance of top slot … were it not for the fact that we can presumably expect Tom S back next week to trash everybody’s chances of a repeat bonus.
We’re travelling south for the all-new Curbar Trail next week; a treat indeed, which holds out the possibility we might even see some of our less regular participants in attendance.
