A note on race categories here
Export resultA night of fine margins for the dirty half-dozen who turned up. There was a moment at the start where the R.O. might have been overheard conspiring with Kerry to fix the winning time, and pursuant percentages and bonuses. It was all to naught, however, when James G promptly appeared - cheerful as ever, and ruthlessly putting paid to all but one of our bonuses. The one beneficiary of a strong run, or perhaps of having run around in circles in the clag on his previous outing, was Kerry, who also leap frogs three places to second in the league standings. Meanwhile Simon D missed his bonus by the very finest of margins (0.02%). I double-checked, Simon, honest.
Next week we shift from the longest race of the series to the shortest, but also the steepest. Hoping to see a few more faces at Rowley Bridge for the Crookstone Trail.
