On a breezy yet balmy night, Tom clocked his fifth victory, with Martyn scoring a solid bonus, and Jim his first of the series, alongside six others of the last seven runners. Upper Midhope remains one of the better routes, notwithstanding the increasing amounts of hard core on the track out to Mickleden Edge, and certainly worth the additional journey time to the start. Not much else to add, other than the updated league standings. Next week, we’re a bit closer to town, on Brogging Trail at the other end of Mortimer Road.
