Looking forward to welcoming participants old and new to the first Summer Series race from Strines Inn this coming Monday 27th April. At Simon M’s request, there will be a slightly later 6:45pm start for the speedier folk amongst us, in order to accommodate travel times. The more senior members of the club however are still strongly encouraged to set out at the earlier, mostly official, start time of 6:30pm.
For newbies (and in the absence of anything explicit to the contrary), you can visit any point on the earthen-banked enclosure at John Howden Field – there’s no need to seek out any particular corner, so long as you get yourself atop the bank at one point or another.
