10 starters, Dark Peak Races League8 hardy troops on the day. Cool and clear made for enjoyable running. As always stories to tell and the finish of cockups and misdemeanours. 2 folk probably should have be disqualified however that would be a quarter of the field so I've left them in.
Another race I was unable to run due to injury but had a fab walk up around Winnats, Lord's Seat and Mam Tor before heading down just before the racers finished.
Arthur King took honours in 2:14 and a bit just ahead of Chris Lawson.
Shout out to Mick Cochrane who noted he's only a few days short of 80!
2 people went round on Sunday with times that would have been 1 and 2 on the day.
Thanks to everyone who ran this. It's a beaut and a good hard training run that packs a punch.
