254 startersJack Foxall writes: Just me and another stalwart (Andy Dickenson) up for Kentmere today. Probably got more sense as it was absolutely flipping boiling on the run out and first climb out of the valley. Nice breeze made it pleasant over the tops, but tortuous sweating back on the run in down the valley bottom. Never has a cold river by the finish field been more welcome. Touching words at the start in memory of Pete Bland.
