Willy Kitchen's report...

The view from the Queen Anne Arms, Great Hucklow, where I’m doing my clubly duty drinking the men’s team prize (claimable on the day only) … so thanks to Neil N for passing it on (and congrats as race winner), and to Adam H (10th), and Austin Frost (11th), for earning it (you should’ve stuck around at the end, gents!). Meanwhile, about a mile back, Dave Beerling, Jonathan Jones, and my good self were engaged in a middle-aged, middle-field, fight to the death … which I’m pleased to say I won on this occasion, getting my revenge on Dave for the Great Riber Run stile swindle. Also good to catch up with our very own Kenny Turner, enjoying a late middle-age gambol over a varied and really quite energetic course. Definitely one of the better village races.
