Todd Crag Juniors on Sat 7th May 2022
2022 English Junior championship race. Yet more great results in there.
It was a great day at Todd Crag. Well done to the Under 15 Girls, and to Finlay and Jonah!
Really good running on the fell at Todd Crag, which is the western end of Loughrigg. Steep-ish climbs, grassy trods, undulating running on the top, and descent lines that made for great fast running.
Not to the taste of some was the approach to all the routes via a savagely steep tarmac road up to the wall stile at Miller Brow.
Great scene in Rothay Park, with a fine playground for warming up, and Zeff’s cinema next door for a post-race treat.
