Bole Hills Bad Boy on Wed 21st Aug 2019
22 starters, Dark Peak Races LeagueWell done Tom for making it three in three. The new route failed to disorientate the boy sufficiently for anyone to keep up. Well done to Steph for taking the Ladies’ prize and risking the state of her legs before attending a wedding the following weekend. There were a few grumbles about aggressive bracken but otherwise the course seems to have been enjoyed. I enjoyed running with new member Vinod who is a doctor specialising in respiratory disease which I found strangely reassuring. Thanks everyone for supporting the race. Rumours are emerging of a Bole Hill in the Ughill area which, if true, may form the focus of next years event.
