77 starters, Local LeagueThe forecasts earlier in the week has suggested it would be a wet run, but it held off on the day. A good addition to the calendar, run in aid of 3rd Holmesfield Scouts. The route was mostly well marked (except at Totley Trig, where some experienced runners went astray). There was freedom to pick your own route in the open access areas, but it seemed that generally the marked route was fastest (I lost time sticking to the track to the cairn above Bar Brook I stone circle).
