16 startersSummer Series Race 12 was "Broggin". A short sharp race with varying amounts of man eating bracken! Most people chose to avoid the bracken; I got eaten a bit though while distracted by Simon Dixon flying across the field by the tower! Ralph won the race having ran it on Sunday (subject to a Stewards Enquiry) leaving us with a dearth of bonuses. But small victories were had (I stayed ahead of Ian Winterburn!). Newcomer Aldous Everard had a good race and could be a possible winner next year. Keith's magic mushrooms went down a treat in the pub along with chips (thanks Chris C) and beer.
