11 hardy runners set off on this new course - some having reccied it but most of us having not. It was a great course and Neil Northrop won again but the deficit for many was not as great leading to a few bonuses! Special mention must go to Tom Westgate who managed to overhaul Willy Kitchen (and his partner in navigation; Ashley Kay) from CP3 to the finish; very impressive! Willy claimed "illegal going's on" but that's the last we've heard of it.
Oh and by the way - "Usually in these events Willy, checkpoints have to visited in the order they are given on the map!"
