21 startersAt last a super Winter's day with ice in the puddles and great views to the North West. 8 slower runners took the early start with Lewis holding the pace to the finish, joined later by George who seemed to go elsewhere before overtaking back markers on the way to Sheepfold.
Young David Lund led the chase home, joined most of the way by Richard and Mike. In the conditions a sub 2 hours was not quite on. Good runs by Gavin, Willy and Graham on a blustery day with raven's enjoying the 'breeze'on Wilfred edge.
This was the 30th Margery [19 on the present course] and unlike other local races this was is too good to change ,
