21 startersThe 8th Race of the Series was Rimmer's Round which hasn't been run for a few years hence the interest in route choices after finishing. 21 runners set off with quite a few not knowing their salt cellars from other spurious rocks up there.
I took some photos at CP4 before jogging back direct to the finish to do my job as timekeeper. I arrived just before the winners ran in - Jon and Tom.
Next Monday's race is a new one (always welcome ... ) Jim Orrel has devised a route round Winscar Res with a warning of tussocks / turks heads and short cuts across the res. Details on the Dates and Routes page.
