Goyt Valley 10k Trail on Wed 28th Apr 2010

A fast 6 mile blast round Fernilee Reservoir in the Goyt Valley, with plenty of ups and downs to keep all but the most ardent Fell Runners happy. Newcomer Tom's pre-race tactic of 'Just going for it' worked rather well enabling us to get 2nd Team. Must try that tactic sometime.
