20 startersPeter Gorvett forgot his compass so had to stick to the paths. It turned out to be the best option, though maybe his mega- torch and night-orienteering experience had something to do with his victory. Colin Hughes tried all the tricks in the book to lose Paul Sanderson on the last crossing but Paul held on for a share of third. Meanwhile; Bob Berzins is rumoured not to have found Higger Tor, Andy Harmer and friends may well have found Rud Hill and we'll probably never know what Pete Jones did or didn't find! It was certainly an experience (or several) and could become a classic. A 'must' for next year's calendar.
