15 startersJacob's Ladder Another very good course, warm and clear. Up Blackden Brook and across to Jacob's Ladder footbridge. From the sheepfold, 097861, some went down into Crowden Brook with a steep slog up to Grindsbrook Clough Top, others went the longer, easier path round the top. Ploughing direct to Blackden Trig was a rubbish line, better to stay longer on the rim path. Then direct - for some - down to Blackden bottom. Very good support, maybe those KIMM runners may find a chance to run the course and send a time through.DT
