270 startersUp to the Trossachs, a scenic little village of Strathyre, above Stirling. A good place to be. As always there was a strong field, people are prepared to travel for the better events. We began with a tedious forest run out, but once on the hills there was hard running, steep climbs in magnificent mountain surroundings, hills everywhere, some snowcapped. A long knobbly ridge to the summit thankfully was flagged, and then turn for home with drops, climbs, and back through the forest. Thanks to Malcolm for encouragement in the middle of some glen! A long way, but really worth the effort,to be running in new, huge hills. Another excellent result from the Ladies, with Mark and Alan among the points once more.
