71 startersStill the hardest and the best. Clouds brooded around, but the day stayed clear and dry. Over Whin Rigg, a hard race in itself, then set off into the heights. Off Seatallan you look across at mighty Gable and Scafell Pike, so far away. But they come, you hit the Lingmell Nose, fantastic as you realise you’ve done another Wasdale.
