Sheldon Fell Race OR runner verses cow race! For the second year (apparently) several cows have joined in (without paying) half way round the race causing many runners to leap off the path to safety - so be warned if you intend to do this race next year! Otherwise, very enjoyable race, fast downhill start, steep ascent and short winning time - plus black sheep beer in the local pub! Prizes - Phil won a bottle of whiskey and a trophy (which hasn't been seen for two years), and all other category winners won a bottle of wine plus a medal.
