11 startersAshopton. Paul had set out an excellent, genuine AS course, 4ml, 1200ft. Although it was an area we know well, there were new paths and climbs to give extra interest. A perfect evening for running, with the views across to Win Hill and Kinder superb. From Ashopton phone box, a steep climb up to Whinstone Lee Tor, unknown paths dropping to Grainfoot Clough, to climb out the other side and home past the Hurkling Stones.
The times have received some adjustments, to take account of shorter and longer adaptations of the route…
