A very strong, travelling field this year, and the hills as steep as ever. The course had been re-measured – now coming in at 11.7ml, 5000ft. Warm, clear and dry – with the steep drops still holding enough damp to need care. The first two home represent excellent running, just a shame that the third quality runner wasn’t there to slip ahead of Mercia.Members can click on their name to see a results history
