Mount Famine on Sun 7th May 2006
This hard, genuine AS race getting the support it deserves. The usual steep scrabble up the bank, and ways over Mt Famine and South Head. A few shorter routes this year? We seemed to flank one of the Mt Famine crinkles on the way out, and a very kind marshal wasn’t at the very bottom of Dimpus Clough. Some tired legs around from those who were also at Cressbrook last night.DT.
