15 starters, Winter MondaysA baker’s dozen of completers for the inaugural running of the Lollipop, including a couple of newbies, plus two DNFs, and a strong preference for running the route anti-clockwise it seems. Young master Yates thrashed us all, father George included, denying almost everyone a bonus. The one exception was Eloise, who again proved her prowess on the road; and the route seemed to work well enough. Paul W now tops the league standings, with Andy M in close pursuit. Next week is the second running of the Fox House Trail, which certainly benefits from a recce if you’re not already familiar with the route.
