The heat dome – 24 June 2026

12 runners tackled the Ashop Horseshoe TT in a wide variety of weather conditions, with the route being run anti-clockwise this year. I think I prefer it this way as both of the long descents are good sport.
Tom Brunt and Martha Hart were the race winners. Tom also set new M40 and M45 race records with Nick Kirk beating his own M50 record. John Webber took the M60 record and Mick Cochrane established the M70 record.
