126 starters, Local LeagueAlways a good blast, this year distinguished by bright sunshine right on cue, a victory for Stu Bond, DP Team Prize to Stu, Gareth and Austin, and a new women's record for Katie Walshaw (Holmfirth Harriers). Also distinguished by the return of Keith's post-race grin, who pipped the Calendar on the final descent to bring to an end an unusually barren patch in which he'd contrived to trail yours truly home no less than six races in a row. All good things must come to an end.
