The Ashford race had an excellent turnout on a nice day with superb conditions.
A good win by David Lund who was new to the course but wisely tagged along with Richard Bradbury to avoid the walkabouts that affected others who should know better. Keith Holmes who has done the race before blagged a map off me but still blew it. What a splendid course it is.
Many thanks to Frank Galbraith and Hanah Saville for work on the finish line and results. The start being separate from the finish would make it difficult to organise without them.
