66 starters, Local LeagueThe heavy rain and mist of the previous few days cleared just in time. The climb was as steep as usual and Nick Craig pulled away from Dave only to be caught again on a very wet and greasy descent. McIver family bragging rights went to Mike this time however Janet had the consolation of a 12 minute winning margin. Times were slow overall with only 4 runners breaking 50 minutes - in 1990 46 runners bettered that mark. Was it the same course? Or are we just rubbish?
