180 startersOnly 60 miles away from Sheffield, this excellent \"local\" AL race is well worth getting up early for. Unfortunately injury and proximity of DPFR club champs had reduced the Dark Peak presence to two established \"stars\" and two \"new boys\" who recognised each other\'s club colours and became acquainted on the 6th and final painful ascent. This took their minds off the sub zero wind chill factor which caused a few retirements.
