74 startersWith the organisers having become increasingly concerned about the later runners descending the wooded section in near darkness and requiring the services of the mountain rescue to locate them, they have moved this popular Tuesday evening race to a Sunday afternoon. It is a shame they did not consult the FRA calendar as it clashed with both Shelf Moor and Totley Terminator. A much reduced field of 74 resulted.It still managed to produce a good race at the front with Paul Deaville, running the event for the first time, just beating Bill Charlton.
