If you\'ve not been round these Clwydian Hills, give it a try. Not high, but steep enough and very good scenery. Thanks to all our travelling runners, just hope the Ladies can continue their English Results at Fairfield. A very good setting, and they\'d thought out the race very well. We started in a field, avoiding any bottlenecks, so spreading out soon. A long, long climb to Moel Famau, a forever run along the top into a brackened fast descent. Another excellent Carshare, five travelling across in one car.
