Dark and White Challenge on Sun 13th Apr 2003

This was a very welcome addition to Peak District running. A time limit of 3 hrs meant that everyone had a good day's running, with enough time to get across to the proper hills above Edale. The checkpoints weren't too hard to find, so not too bad for those of us who can hardly see a map. These electronic dibbers are amazing : at the finish you immediately get a printout with a score, times, split times. They're here to stay. Look out for these events.
