I quite enjoyed this event, a scenic trip round the footpaths and dales of the White Peak for a change. Starting from Thornbridge, to Brushfield, Miller's Dale, Wormhill, Tideswell and Longstone Moors. Warm and dry, but not having to try too hard, a nice way to gather distance and miles. How reassuring to go round with Dave, reading the notes and the map with unfailing accuracy to gain a deserved victory and half a pair of shoes from Rocksport.
