48 startersAnother sharpener for the really tough Grindleford race to come, with Andy using it as Bob Graham preparation. A top 10 place handed on a plate by a runner who got lost in a field - even I’ve never done that before! I still smile in recollection of the 3 drinks stations. The 1st with about 50 cups of Orangeade, Limeade or Lemonade (all fizzy) neatly laid out, the 2nd where you had to wait for a lady to get a bottle out of her rucksack and unscrew the top, and the 3rd with a lad lending you his cycle drinks bottles.
