13 startersThe first re-run of the dathalon for a few years saw a small but beautifully formed field gather on a perfect autumn day. A brilliant run by Rob saw him well clear of the rest, but most of us had a lot of club champs still in our legs. The course was in a very pristine condition. Dave Markham fell off his bike on the return and had to be collected by car thanks to Hilary Musson for that and to Marilyn and Hilary for looking after the bikes at Redmires.
