33 startersA very good turnout for this race, which provided some interesting choice of routes, particularly from the quarry to Crookstone Knoll. There was an fierce battle at the front, the result probably being decided by the fact that Dave Taylor, whilst running very quickly, apparently visited rather more checkpoints than the rest of us.
