Start/Finish at stile on A57. Run anti-clockwise. To top of Fair Brook, east along Seal Edge, descend beside ruined wall to track. Full route on map.
Starts from 18:00 for slower runners, to 18:30 for the whippets. Over 70s are welcome to race at any time on the day.
Please carry full FRA kit as a minimum, as well as a head torch and mobile phone in case of emergency and/or torch battery failure.
