Second race in the round the parish series. There are no extra out of bounds to this one and all roads are available to run on (with care), if I didn’t allow this it becomes a very long run so its all up for grabs. Still a good outing at 17km ish with 500m of ascent and lots of route choice. Bretton Clough could be the undoing of many I’m sure…the boundary follows the river which is largely passable, either follow this at your peril or take the long way round (whatever that is)
One small cut into the parish allowed at the top of bretton clough to avoid climbing various walls.
Start at one of the 2 churches (why?) marked on the OS map in foolow. we can decide which one looks nicest on the night.
