13 starters, Winter MondaysIt was unlucky thirteen for the five of our number who took a tumble - most on the rutted track descending Derwent Moors - with Darren winning the most badly blooded knees category by some margin. Harry ran away from the field, wrecking havoc with others’ bonuses; and only Keith and Darren bettered their previous performances. Martyn remains top of the league standings. It’s more tarmac for the Walker Edge Road Race from Bolsterstone next week, followed the week after that by a visit from Nicky and her hounds.
