Bollington Festival 3 Peaks on Sat 12th May 2012
149 starters, Local LeagueAndy Moore was grinning from ear to ear at the finish and already planning his return trip next year, which tells you all you need to know about the course; a bit too much running for me, but the free pint of Bollington Best and bowl of fine chilli certainly made the trip across the Peak worthwhile on a very pleasant afternoon. Liz Batt led the DP contingent home, but was nevertheless a distant second to Olivia Walwyn-Bush, third overall in the race in a very impressive new women's record time of 42 minutes flat. Willy
