28 startersA small revision to the classic route took us to the junction of Small Deep and Far Deep Cloughs then Howshaw Tor before regaining the Cakes of Bread and the classic route home, giving some extra climb and significant rough terrain. That, allied with less than perfect conditions, extended the times a little, but all bar one of the runners was back within the 90 minutes expected by Cap'n Harmer.
