18 startersThe 10th Race of the Series was the Gusset Race. It was a cold and blustery evening; good for running. There was lots of confusion at the start but the "Martin's worzel across the river" certainly paid off for Tim who got a good lead which he maintained. No other news to report; most people had a fair idea of where they were going however Mark is concerned that not everybody touched his dead tree down in the Gusset gully and he's going to tie a balloon to it next year!
The next race is the return of Pike Lowe Direct from Midhopestones bend in the road (behind Langsett) next Monday 16th August.
