25 startersAfter a coolish June, conditions on top were ultra fast and a breeze faced the runners on the way out. Dave Cartwright of Penistone made a solid effort on the first (and only!) climb as Mike Meysner was away on holiday! After that I had a reasonable, if not big, lead over Tim at the trig; coming back I went well and was pleased to dip under 30. Mike Wainwright, making a guest appearance, did well and Richard Horsefield is showing well alongside many seasoned campaigners. Will McLewin showed a suggestion of what he could be capable of when not painting trigs or leading tourists up the White Mountain.
