254 startersThis years Trollers Trot was run through a beautiful 25 miles and 3,064ft of the Yorkshire Dales, The weather for the 254 runners/walkers which was evenly split started not unlike this years LIMM, low claggy cloud soon burnt off to give stunning views. The race was run mainly on tracks and good paths and a fair few muddy fields. This made for a very fast race and anyone wanting to do speed work for distance should try this next year. It certainly gave me my fastest time over this distance.
