A cold, clear day up on Pendle Hill. Lots of runnable stuff, soft ground, but waiting for the three big hills in the second half. These get progressively harder, the last one being a real knackerer. This is a real fell course which will suit our club. It's well organised, with prizes for the intermediary age-groups ' the good, respected races do this. I've not known us out for a team prize here, some younger runners would have been welcome.
