“The Dinner has been booked at Ranmoor Hall, music will be provided by the
Rock Band, beer by either Kelham Island or Abbeydale. We have a choice of
dates – the 18th & 25th of November and a choice of meal types – a sit down
dinner at £25 per head or a buffet at £15 – £25 per head. Yes I know its
gone up a little in price, but think of the Taxi fares we are saving by
having a central venue.
My inclination is to go for the buffet on 18th and Moonshine beer. I
know the 18th is the FRA AGM & Dinner, but I’m not aware that we have many
people that attend the FRA do’s, even less that would attend the club dinner if the dates didn’t clash.
If anyone has any pressing reason not to go with my inclinations, please let me know before Friday 11th August, when I have to confirm with Ranmoor
Hall & the band. Needless to say having a Kaylee is not an option.”
